I am purposed for destiny and driven by success. God has kept me from dangers seen as well as unseen. I’ve been anointed and appointed for such a time as this. I tried to run, I tried to hide but now I decided to surrender my all unto the Lord. I've got work to do in his Kingdom and he has already equipped me with all I need to get the job done. I am Ms. Lynedra Kennedy a Chicago native and single mother of two Royal Princesses. I attend Sweet Holy Spirit Church under the wonderful teaching of Bishop Larry D Trotter, where I first developed a personal relationship with God. The trials and tribulations in my life have inspired me to become an over comer and to fulfill my purpose here on earth. I refuse to compromise my anointing by settling for less than all God has promised me. I have been called by God to witness through song, acting, writing, directing and now through my very own business.

I'm sure you will agree that we’ve displayed useless messages in our wardrobe long enough. Now it's time to display the "Word" to encourage, impact and empower the world for change.

God gave me the vision for my business 4 years before it ever manifested.
In 2006 STAR Souls Designs was birthed, with a dying world in mind. I wanted to break the yoke of bondage by displaying bible verses and catchy phrases that are familiar to the world. My prayer is not only that the customers who purchase my t-shirts lives be impacted, but that everyone who comes in contact with them, would read the message and also receive an impartation. I have a passion to save souls and to set the captives free. God has also blessed me with the opportunity to do just that through my acting. I have stared in several stage plays through out my career such as; “Help Lord I’m Under Attack”. Currently, I have the awesome opportunity of assisting one of Chicago’s finest writer/ director Tyrone Tappler Jr. in the television film development of “Decisions”.
Decisions’ is the worlds first Christian soap opera of the new millennium addressing the current issues of today. I also star as the lead character Jasmine in the show, a woman wounded from several childhood afflictions.

I am also a survivor of domestic violence, dedicating my life to bring forth awareness to young ladies nationwide, through public speaking and seminars.
I see myself in the future and things are looking a whole lot better.
