Okay me I love candy. Does anyone have an idea on how to get this habit under control?

I have that very same problem! I love candy, but ice cream, cakes, and things like chips doesn't really affect me. And the crazy thing about it is that, I am able to drink a whole lot of water. It's like my body craves the candy with water...SMH..I need help with this too!!!

MY PROBLEM WITH THE CANDY IS GETTING BETTER,ALTHOUGH I DID NOT ALTOGETHER STOP THE SWEETS I JUST TRY TO MAKE BETTER CHOICES. INSTEAD OF A 4-PACK OF REESE CUPS I MIGHT EAT 1 DOUBLE PACK WITH SOMEONE ELSE. INSTEAD OF A JOLLY RANCHER I MAY CHEW ON MY FAVORITE FRUITY SUGARLESS GUM. ETC....ETC. GOD BLESS JLYNN
