This sounds like a great group. I have spent much of my life studying nutrition, supplements, herbs, etc.--and still had a major heart attack--3 actually and open heart surgery. I have learned to make delicious low calorie, low-fat, low-carb and low or no-salt foods. It sounds impossible but it's not. Nine years later the half of myheart not beating is now beating--that rarely happens, and my arteries are clear. I hope to learn much from this group--thanks for the invite!
