From Chicago' pioneering role in the fledgling movie industry when Charlie Chaplin and Gloria Swanson shot silent films at Essanay studios to its fame as the go-to location for renowned directors, actors and film crews, Chicago in the Movies showcases the city's very special role in the movie industry.
Locations immortalized in films like The Blues Brothers, Road to Perdition, Batman- the Dark Knight and Public Enemies will be featured, often while viewing the actual locations where filming took place.
Chicago in the Movies Cruises will depart Ogden Slip at navy Pier on Sunday afternoons at 5:00 p.m. from June 27 to August 22 (except July 4).
Fares: Adults $28, Seniors $25 and Children $15
